The Board of Education discussed/voted on the following items during our regular Board of Education meeting on Monday, February 14, 2022:
- Superintendent Dan Wessel presented the Projected Cash Balance Summary at Year End (as of 1/31/2022)
- The BOE voted and unanimously approved the following Director reports:

The board voted and approved the 2021-2025 Board Goals with one amendment.
- The board voted and approved the 2022-23 School Calendar.
- The board discussed adopting a Social Media Policy.
- The board discussed adopting a Nepotism Policy.
- The board voted and approved hiring Greenbush to lead our Strategic Planning Process.
- The board voted and approved Jeff Bolin, Carla Wiegers, and Aaron Yoakam to be on a BOE Recognition Committee to start recognizing stand-out students and staff at the beginning of each board meeting.
- The board voted and approved an activity bus to transport students involved in tutoring or after-school activities starting this spring.
- The board voted on and approved staff changes. We want to welcome the following individuals to the Lansing USD 469 family:
