Out of District Students
|APPLICATION FOR NONRESIDENT STUDENTS|
Students living outside district boundaries are welcome to apply to attend Lansing School District.
All nonresident students, returning and new, will be evaluated and therefore, admitted or denied depending on attendance, academic standing and/or discipline. Consideration will also be based on teacher/student ratio in each building and/or grade level.
Notices will be sent to the parents/guardians of the student(s) by mail. The notification of approval or denial can be expected a few days after the Board meeting when the application was presented. The Board of Education meetings are the second Monday of each month.
