The board voted and approved the Naloxone (NARCAN) Administration for Opioid Overdose Policy.

Building Needs Assessment Document(28:06)

Superintendent Wessel discussed changing last year's Building Needs Assessment document.

The board did not approve changing the format of the Building Needs Assessment document.

The board voted and approved the Building Needs Assessment moving forward.

Facilities Committee - Building Needs Assessment (35:44)

As a part of the HVAC conversation, TRANE also does facilities needs assessment work. We will have representatives from each building.

The board tabled voting on which BOE members would serve on the Facilities Committee.

The board voted and approved having a Parent Consent form for all clubs.

KASB Delegate for the November KASB Convention (54:40)

The board voted and approved Mary Wood as KASB Delegate for November KASB Convention.

The board voted and approved the appraisal and listing of 613 Holiday Plaza Building for Appraised Price.

Inventory Update (1:00:09)

Superintendent Wessel discussed inventory implementation with Doniaell Brandt. We will begin to utilize fixed asset tracking through Skyward.

Will be Analyzing the cost of using own personnel. We have some willing to work, but need someone to organize the project.

- HVAC Update (1:04:54)
- Set up Facilities Committee- TRANE representative been working with KDHE on possibility of additional funds for this project. Still on track for summer implementation.

Tennis Court Update (1:06:25)

Cracks were filled, but still left edges that need smoothed out. He provided the concrete and the labor. Zero cost to fill these. We ordered a compound to place on the surface that was on back order. We will do this work as soon as in and weather above 50 degrees.

We had to change the proposal discussed last month as it did not go to native soil as requested. We went with original proposal that would show water movement also.
