This is the second Model United Nations conference Lansing High School has attended this year; the first was in Topeka back in February. Seniors Julia Nauman and Houston Crow have participated in every available MUN since freshman year.
"We haven't been able to attend this conference for a few years due to Covid, and it was different from the Topeka conference that we typically attend, so it was a new experience for everyone," said Miss Nauman. "We had a good time, learned a lot, and hopefully, our underclassmen will continue to attend in the years to come!"
Senior Houston Crow also felt the conferences were valuable. "MKCMUN was fun because you were in person and could actually feel like you were interacting and coming up with the best possible resolutions for your council."
