Hanging Drywall
Construction Instructor, Robert Jenkins, shows his students some tips and tricks to making hanging drywall a little easier from getting the perfect string line marking to placing a nail to guide the drywall to the exact spot. Students learned how to measure, cut and hang drywall.

Extracting DNA from Bananas
DNA provides a blueprint for an organism's growth and development. Studying DNA is one-way scientists learn about what is necessary for life. Biology students used distilled water, bananas, soap and salt to filter DNA.

Early Childhood Education and Development
Child Abuse Prevention Month
The Early Childhood Education and Development students are creating awareness about child wellness and child welfare during the month of April. Students placed pinwheels at the Pioneer Career Center for the awareness and impact campaign, "Building Together: Prevention in Partnership."
Process Art
Process art is the process of its making that is not hidden but remains a prominent aspect of the completed work. Early Childhood Education and Development students attached markers to car toys to make tracks. This combines play and art to make the activity more engaging and include socialization.
