Early Childhood Education and Development: Jamecia Brown Rodgers and Kenadie Rollman
Story Baskets
Early Childhood students created "Story Baskets" in their Preschool I class. Each student chose a book and collected or created props to tell the story. Story baskets allow children to be engaged learners through hands-on experiences to enrich their language development, fine motor skills, problem-solving and creative thinking.

Field Experience
The Early Childhood Education and Development department has partnered with Kingdom Christian Academy in Leavenworth this semester to provide opportunities for the KCKCC PCC students to work with young children and their teachers. KCKCC PCC students have the opportunity to observe and participate in a variety of activities each Wednesday morning.
HVAC: John Coburn and Jacob Ryan
Electrical Boards
HVAC students continue to use their training boards. These boards are designed to aid in the instruction and fundamentals of common electrical components, line voltage electrical wiring, reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting.
Construction: Bradley Garnett and Charles VanDerWerff
Bending Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) Conduit
Construction students are learning how to bend EMT conduit. EMT conduit is a durable enclosure to route electrical wiring conductors in a building or structure to protect the wires from impact, moisture and chemical vapors.
Switches
Construction students continue working on wiring a single-pole switch, a three-way switch and a dimmer switch.
