Lansing USD 469 is proud to highlight our Lansing High School students and graduates enrolled in Kansas City Kansas Community Center Pioneer Career Center (KCKCC PCC) each week.

International Cuisine
Foods III students presented a buffet-style service representing Ireland, Korea and China. The students made from Ireland, Irish soda bread, Irish stew and Irish millionaire shortbread cookies. They made Korean lettuce salad, kimchijeon (kimchi pancakes) and hotteok (sweet pancakes with brown sugar syrup filling) from Korea and they also made vegetable eggrolls with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice with spicy Chinese sausage from China.

Construction Woodworking Project
Bradley Garnett, KCKCC Lansing High School student, and Elijah Witte, KCKCC Leavenworth High School student, finished their woodworking project. The end tables have a shelf on the inside and the doors are soft-closing. Great craftsmanship!
