Lansing USD 469 is proud to highlight our Lansing High School students and graduates enrolled in Kansas City Kansas Community Center Pioneer Career Center (KCKCC PCC) each week. This week's update covers Lansing High School Sophomore and Junior student tours and the Culinary Department.
KCKCC PCC Tour: Lansing High School Sophomore and Junior Students
Lansing High School sophomores and juniors interested in academic and TEC classes toured KCKCC PCC. Students were able to see the hands-on experiences they will receive if they take classes at KCKCC. Students were able to visit CNA, Criminal Justice, Construction, Culinary, Electrical, and HVAC.
KCKCC PCC will also be offering Early Childhood Education classes to high school students in Fall 2022.
Some Lansing High School students were able to participate in the handcuffing demonstration during the Criminal Justice portion of the tour.
