LANSING HIGH SCHOOL COVID GUIDELINES FOR SPRING ACTIVITIES
SPECTATORS: Starting on March 22nd, 2021, Lansing High School will follow the guidelines listed below for spectators at our spring home events.
Baseball, Softball, Boys Tennis, Girls Soccer
- Visiting Fans—4 family members per rostered players family.
- Home Fans—4 family members per rostered players family.
- If your student participates in more than one game, they are allowed to remain at the fields until the conclusion of their student’s night.
- Students are not allowed to attend unless they are a family member of a rostered player.
Girls Swimming
- Fans will not be allowed due to limited seating.
- Meets will be streamed @ TBD
Golf
- Fans watching will be determined by Great Life Golf Course.
Boys/Girls Track Meet
- Due to the increased participant numbers, we will be allowing 2 home/2 away family members. Participating athletes will be sitting on the west side. Parents need to sit on the east side (press box side) of the stadium.
Masks & Social Distancing
- Per KSHSAA guidelines for spring activities--All participants/spectators will wear a face covering at all times as they are intended to be worn while in/on school district property.
- The only exception for masks is provided for athletes during the time they are competing and for officials during active play.
- Please continue social distancing at all times while on USD #469 property.
Tickets
- Will be purchased at the gate. All tickets are $5 and only cash/check will be accepted.
- Tickets will be sold at Baseball games at the HS, Softball and Girls Soccer.
- NO Passes will be accepted except for USD #469 personnel.
Food & Drink During Activities
- Concessions WILL NOT be available at Baseball, Softball, Girls Swimming, Tennis & Track.
- Limited concessions will be available at GSCR.
- Outside food and drinks will be allowed.
