Lansing USD469 is excited to offer our annual Summer Strength, Speed & Conditioning Program for all students entering grades 2 through 12! This program is open to all Lansing students, regardless of athletic involvement. Whether your student is looking to stay active, prepare for an upcoming sports season, or simply have fun while getting fit, this program has something for everyone.

Program Dates & Schedule

June 2 – July 31, 2025
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

KSHSAA Summer Moratorium: No sessions from July 1–6, 2025

High school athletes will participate in strength and conditioning sessions tailored to the demands of their specific sports, while middle and elementary students will enjoy age-appropriate activities focused on fitness, fun, and injury prevention.

High School Testing for Grouping

To ensure appropriate group placement, High School Testing will take place from May 27–30, 2025, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Cost

  • $40 per student

  • $65 family maximum
