Staying Informed

Lansing USD469 has created a Bond Information Series to provide factual information about:

  • Facility maintenance needs

  • Safety and security updates

  • Career & Technical Education expansion

  • Early childhood improvements

  • Insurance and repair costs

  • Financing structure and state aid

  • School capacity and enrollment projections

Community members are encouraged to review the information available before voting.

Quick Overview of the Proposal

The March 3 ballot includes two questions:

Question 1 focuses on maintaining and improving existing facilities, including roofing, HVAC systems, safety enhancements, early childhood renovations, and Career & Technical Education space updates.

Question 2 addresses turf field enhancements and would only move forward if Question 1 is approved.

Whether you choose to vote early or on Election Day, we encourage all eligible residents to:

  • Review available information

  • Ask questions

  • Participate in the election process

Community involvement is an important part of local decision-making.
