Lansing High School Students Earn AP Scholar Awards

Lansing USD 469 is proud to recognize 32 Lansing High School students who have earned Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar Awards from the College Board in recognition of their outstanding academic achievement on AP Exams.

The AP Scholar Awards honor students who have demonstrated exceptional success in rigorous college-level coursework while still in high school. These nationally recognized distinctions celebrate students' dedication, perseverance, and commitment to academic excellence.

This year, Lansing students earned recognition in three award categories:

  • AP Scholar with Distinction: Awarded to students who earn scores of 3 or higher on five or more AP Exams while maintaining an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken.

  • AP Scholar with Honor: Awarded to students who earn scores of 3 or higher on four or more AP Exams while maintaining an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken.

  • AP Scholar: Awarded to students who earn scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams.
