Community Resources

We understand that times can be challenging, and we want to ensure that every family in our community has access to the support they need. In addition to our district food pantry and the LMS Lion’s Pantry, there are numerous local and state resources available to help families facing hardship.

Whether you need assistance with food, rent, utilities, behavioral health support, or parenting resources, help is available. Below are just a few of the organizations that can provide support:

  • 1-800-CHILDREN is a free, confidential, 24/7 support line and resource directory for Kansas families. Run by the Kansas Children’s Service League (KCSL), this service helps parents, caregivers and youth access parenting support, local programs, child care and early-childhood resources across the state — no question is too small, no judgement given.
