ett Peterson receives ACE Mentor internship

We’re proud to share that Lansing High School sophomore Jett Peterson has been selected as one of only three students in the Kansas City metro area for the ACE Mentor Program’s Summer Workplace Experience with Turner Construction.

The ACE Mentor Program introduces high school students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering through hands-on projects and mentorship from industry professionals. Each summer, select students are placed in externships with partner firms like Turner Construction, where they gain real-world experience and insight into the industry.

This opportunity will allow Jett to work alongside professionals at Turner Construction, further developing his skills and understanding of the field.

"Jett is a hardworking and innovative student that has immersed himself into learning all that he can about the world of Architecture, Engineering and Construction," said teacher Glenn Rosario. "This opportunity will provide him an inside look into the field of construction and construction management."

Congratulations to Jett on this well-deserved achievement!
