To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by: (1) mail: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; (2) fax: (202) 690-7442; or (3) email: program.intake@usda.gov.

  STATEMENT OF NONDISCRIMINATION

REGULAR SCHOOL HOURS:

  • Office Hours: 8:00-4:00 for parents

  • Building Opens: 8:00am

  • Morning Bells: 

    • 8:20 First Bell 

    • 8:30 Tardy Bell ~ Student’s need to be in their classroom.

    • (After 8:30 a parent will need to sign in their child(ren) at the front office.)

Late Start Thursdays will resume in 2025-2026 school year. BUSSES WILL RUN ONE HOUR LATER, AND FIRST BELL WILL BE AT 9:20AM.

 Late drop-off & early pick-up: Please call, 913-727-1128 or email 

LESAttendance@usd469.net by 9:00am to notify the attendance secretary your child(ren) will be late or absent. 

For early pick up please call ahead so that we can have your child(ren) ready.

*Parents will need to sign out their students.  A picture ID is required when you enter the office entrance area.

Dismissal:  

  • 3:27 Walkers

  • 3:30 Car Riders

  • 3:35 Bus Riders

Changes in transportation need to be called or emailed to the transportation secretary by 2:15pm. 913-727-1128 or LESTransportation@usd469.net
