Lansing USD 469 is proud to recognize Holly Kane as one of our 2026 Educational Support Professionals of the Year.
Holly serves as the Lead Interventionist at Lansing Elementary School and brings more than two decades of experience in education to her role. Her deep knowledge of literacy, instruction, and student support has made a lasting impact on both students and staff across the district.
She plays a key role in strengthening our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and is known for her ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and ensure students receive the targeted support they need to succeed. Holly’s passion for literacy and belief that reading can change lives is evident in everything she does.
Beyond her work with students, Holly is a leader among her peers. She supports staff, contributes to district initiatives, and helps build a strong, cohesive instructional system.
Holly will be recognized at the Lansing Educational Foundation (LEF) Honors Breakfast on May 1 and will receive a $250 grant from LEF, along with four complimentary tickets to the event.
We will also be announcing an additional 2026 Educational Support Professional of the Year tomorrow, April 22nd.
