The Lansing School District is excited to recognize Rahshad Hill, a kindergartener, as our Student of the Month.
Rahshad was nominated by a staff member who shared how friendly and enthusiastic he is each day. Even in kindergarten, Rahshad demonstrates strong character and leadership qualities. He shows care for the success of his peers, follows teacher directions, and consistently maintains a calm body and appropriate voice level throughout the school day.
One quality that truly stands out is Rahshad’s ability to remain calm and positive, even in hectic or unfair situations. This level of self-control and positivity is impressive at any age and especially noteworthy for a kindergartener. His nominator shared how proud they are of Rahshad and described him as a joy to be around.
