Lansing Elementary BIST staff

On Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26, the Lansing Elementary School BIST Vision Team attended the 2025 Vision Team Conference held at Bernard Campbell Middle School.

The BIST Vision Team plays a critical role at Lansing Elementary, focusing on the structuring and implementation of the school’s Behavior Intervention Support Teams (BIST). Through their work, the team collaborates closely to ensure students’ behavioral and academic needs are met with care, consistency, and support.

Participation in the conference provided team members with valuable professional development opportunities, fresh strategies for intervention, and strengthened their ability to continue building a positive, supportive environment for all students. The experience reinforces Lansing Elementary’s commitment to proactive, student-centered support systems that empower every child to succeed.
