Lansing Elementary School welcomed more than 100 incoming kindergarten students and their families during Kindergarten Round-Up, held on Thursday and Friday of last week. The event was an opportunity for students entering kindergarten in the 2025–2026 school year to visit the school, meet staff, and participate in early learning activities.
Families received information about the kindergarten program and the enrollment process. Staff were available to answer questions and explain what to expect in the upcoming school year.
Children must be five years old by August 31, 2025, to be eligible for kindergarten enrollment. Families who were unable to attend the event can find details about the registration process on the district’s website: Kindergarten Enrollment Information.
