The Lansing High School Women’s Ensemble and Legacy Singers have been selected to appear on this year’s Sounds of the Holidays television special, produced by local NBC affiliate KSHB and its sister station, KMCI 38 The Spot. The annual program showcases high school choirs from both sides of the state line, and Lansing is proud to once again represent our community on this regional stage.
This year marks the 8th consecutive year Lansing High School choirs have been featured on the holiday special. It also represents the 16th year in a row that choir director Brian J. White has led ensembles recognized for inclusion in the program.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to share Lansing’s vocal music program with a wider audience and celebrate the season through song alongside other exceptional schools across the Kansas City metro area!
