Lansing USD 469 is proud to recognize Klinton Brown, Drew Barba, and Brian Burns from the district’s Technology Department as our December Staff Members of the Month.
This team has played a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new staff members across the district. With the implementation of a new process for distributing technology equipment to new hires, Klinton, Drew, and Brian have helped make the transition nearly flawless.
They consistently go above and beyond to meet staff needs, adjusting schedules to support new employees and traveling to school buildings when necessary to ensure everything is ready from day one. Their friendly, upbeat approach and clear communication help new team members feel confident and supported as they begin their work in Lansing Schools.
