Lansing High School was full of energy today as we hosted a Summer Games Kick-Off Party, thanks to the planning and organization of teacher Shannon Long.
Students from Piper, Leavenworth, Tonganoxie, and Lansing High Schools joined us for a fun-filled day. Activities included a robin egg scavenger hunt, garden rock painting, bowling, and decorating spring sugar cookies made by our culinary students—just to name a few.
Our Educational Leadership, Peers in Learning, and FCCLA students did an outstanding job welcoming and engaging with our guests. Their enthusiasm and hospitality made the event a success.
We’re already looking forward to making this an annual tradition!
