September has been a month filled with appreciation for two essential groups within Lansing USD469. On September 8th, we celebrated Physical Therapy Appreciation Day, and on September 17th, we highlighted our IT Professionals.
Physical Therapists: Supporting Every Step of the Way
Our physical therapists are key to ensuring that students of all abilities have the mobility and support they need to succeed in school. Whether it's helping students improve their range of motion, strengthening their physical endurance, or offering encouragement along the way, their work has a lasting impact on students’ lives. We are grateful for their expertise, dedication, and the care they provide to our students and staff alike.

On IT Professionals Day, we recognized our IT Professionals' behind-the-scenes efforts that keep everything running smoothly—from maintaining the technology that powers our classrooms to ensuring network security and troubleshooting countless issues. Their expertise keeps us connected and helps create a seamless learning environment for everyone.

As we move into October, we’re excited to celebrate more of our district’s incredible staff. On October 2, we will honor our Custodians, on October 16 we’ll recognize our Bosses, and on October 28 we’ll celebrate our Occupational Therapists.
