What ages are accepted into the Preschool Program?

The Lansing USD 469 Preschool is available for children ages 12 months and walking to 5 years of age. 

What is the cost of the program?

There is a one-time registration fee of $25.00, and an annual supply fee of $20 per child. Child-care rates are for full-day day case. No partial day rates are offered. The cost for all-day child-care, preschool, or PreK classes for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:

• $205 weekly for 1-2 year olds
• $190 weekly for 2-3 year olds
• $170 weekly for 3 years and older

What hours are you offering services to children?

6:30am - 6:00pm,  Monday - Friday

Do you offer part-time schedules?

Yes, we offer daily rates for families needing 2-4 days a week with a consistent schedule and we also offer drop-in care when spaces are available.  Drop-in care requires advance notice and approval from the director.  Both types of care are $45 per day.

Where is the preschool located?

The preschool is located in the Special Education Administrative Building at 210 East Mary Street, next to Lansing District Office.

What paperwork is required to be accepted into the Lansing USD 469 preschool program?

Enrollment form (CLICK HERE FOR FORM). After acceptance into the program, additional forms will be provided to you and should be sent to rebecca.dalton@usd469.net and cheryl.peters@usd469.net.

Are you open during winter break, spring break, and / or holidays?

Our program provides learning opportunities for your child all year around except for the dates listed below.  In addition, we reserve the right to close for occasional snow days based on the school district closures due to precipitation-related events such as snow or ice.

We will be closed the following holidays each year:

Please Note: If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we will have the Friday before off and if it falls on a Sunday we will have the Monday following off.
