Program Overview |
The Lansing Early Childhood program serves children ages 3-5 (if not eligible for kindergarten) within three, half-day programs:
- Early Childhood Special Education - Children with IEPs
- Peer Model Program - Children with typical development within the Early Childhood Special Education classroom
- 4-Year-Old No Fee Program - Application and eligibility required
All students receive a high quality early childhood program that is developmentally appropriate - meaning appropriate to age and to each individual child.
If you have concerns about your 3-5 year old child's development (if not eligible for kindergarten), Lansing offers screenings once a month in the areas of cognition, speech/ language, motor, social, vision, and hearing.
