Lansing Middle School Students Selected for KMEA All-State Middle Level Honor Choir
Lansing Middle School is proud to announce that three of our students have been selected to perform in the 2023 KMEA All-State Middle-Level Honor Choir, the highest-level auditioned choir in Kansas for 6-8th grade students. Machlin Marshall, Sarah Finney, and Elijah Sloan will represent our school in this prestigious choir.
Over 800 students auditioned from across the state, and only 160 were selected to perform in the All-State Middle-Level Honor Choir.
Lansing Middle School Choir Teacher Josiah Ketterman was proud of his students' performance, "This is an incredibly high honor, and LMS is proud to have representation in this year's All-State Choir."
Congratulations to Machlin, Sarah, and Elijah on this remarkable achievement. We are proud of you and cannot wait to see you perform with the KMEA All-State Middle-Level Honor Choir!
