Lansing USD 469 is proud to highlight our Lansing High School students and graduates enrolled in Kansas City Kansas Community Center Pioneer Career Center (KCKCC PCC) each week.
This week's update covers Culinary and Graduates
Culinary
Culinary students made personal pizzas. Students prepared the homemade dough, rolled it into a crust and topped it with their favorite fixings before they baked it.

Culinary students made a deep cut along the gills of the fish to the spine, cut a slit a few inches along the dorsal side of the fish and separated the flesh from the bones.

Justyce Hulett, KCKCC PCC Student Worker, will be graduating in May 2022 with an A.A.S. with Cum Laude honors. Justyce has been a tremendous student worker. He has helped with student events, projects, beautification of the center, administrative assistance and much more.
Congratulations to Justyce! He will be missed at PCC!
