Lansing USD469 Celebrates Our Administrative Assistants on Wednesday, April 27th!
Lansing USD469 celebrated National Administrative Assistants Day on Wednesday, April 27th, showing appreciation to our secretaries and registrars. Administrative Professionals Day is observed annually on the Wednesday of the last full week in April and was developed in 1942 to recognize administrative personnel's contributions to the economy, support their development, and attract workers to the field.
Superintendent Wessel and Director of Teaching & Learning Miles Azzeh visited each building and delivered gift bags to each of our Administrative Professionals.
"It's a great honor to give a small token of appreciation to administrative assistance across the district," said Mr. Wessel. "These staff members are always the first line that defines USD 469 to our community. Their professionalism, positivity, and caring Set the tone for all of our offices and all of our schools in our district."
