Lansing USD 469 Celebrates Halloween from October 29th through November 1st!
Halloween was celebrated across Lansing School District from October 29th through November 1st with parades, parties, costumes, and trick or treating.
On Friday, October 29th, Lansing Parents as Teachers children had fun learning about chemical reactions and making pumpkins vomit. Lansing Elementary and Intermediate Schools celebrated with Halloween learning activities and parties on Friday, October 29th. Lansing Middle School also joined in the costume fun by allowing their students and staff to dress up for a donation. Students who donated received a "costume pass" they wore throughout the day.
Lansing High School Student Council organized their annual Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 31st, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the staff parking lot. Lansing USD 469 would like to send a tremendous thank you to Ten & Two Coffee for handing out free hot chocolate to attendees.
In the Special Education Administration Building, our youngest Lions celebrated on Monday, November 1st, with a costume parade through their building and Lansing District Office.
