Homecoming Week a Tremendous Success across Lansing USD 469! (VIDEO)
Lansing Homecoming week gave the students and staff across Lansing USD469 a chance to come together September 27th - October 1st to gear up for our Homecoming football game and dance. Each day leading up to homecoming brought a different spirit day. Students from kindergarten to 12th grade wore their comfy pajamas, dressed up as tourists, wore their favorite sports team attire, dressed like a Disney character, and showed their school spirit. The Lansing Homecoming Extravaganza was held Wednesday, September 29th, and was a great time had by all! Lansing High School student council students, led by sponsors Christina Hoverson and Maeve Bolin, organized the extravaganza and put on one heck of a party. The Homecoming Extravaganza started with a pep rally in the football stadium and offered tons of games, an inflatable, food truck vendors.
The Lansing Homecoming Game will take place on Friday, October 1st. The following students on the Lansing Homecoming Court will be recognized at halftime of the football game:

The Homecoming Dance will be Saturday, October 2nd, from 8 - 11pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $15.
