Kindergarteners Learn Life Cycle of Animals by Observing Baby Chicks!
Story and photo credit: Suzanne Phillips
Kindergarteners have been hard at work learning about the life cycle of animals. Under the watchful eye of Mrs. Phillips’s kindergarteners, seven chicks hatched on Monday, March 29, 2021- just in time for Easter!
Mrs. Phillips got the chicks from a family member in Pleasant Ridge, and the class was able to watch over the eggs for 21 days before they hatched. Once they are old enough, the chicks will go back to the farm to live a long life.
