Lansing High School Student, Anamaria Gonzalez, Makes Soft-Serve Cookies & Cream Ice Cream in Culinary Arts Course through KCKCC

LHS Student, Anamaria GonzalezStudents taking Culinary Arts through KCKCC Pioneer Center usually make a trip to the Shatto Milk Company for a tour and tasting, but due to COVID, that trip did not happen this semester. The students were able to purchase some Shatto milk to make soft serve cookies & cream ice cream. Students also made a healthier/non-dairy option, a creamy sugar-free, dairy-free coconut ice cream.
