Announcing the 2021 Friends of the Frontier Army Museum Essay Contest!
The Friends of the Frontier Army Museum (FFAM) at Fort Leavenworth invite students in grades 9-12 to participate in their annual Essay Contest. This is a wonderful opportunity to research and write about a topic pertaining to military history and/or Fort Leavenworth. They are looking forward to receiving thoughtful and inspiring essays from students.
In years past, most entries have come from Leavenworth High School, so we are hoping to get more Lansing students participating and showcasing the incredible talent here in our community! Not only will the winning student(s) have great material for their college resume, but they will also receive a cash award!
