Lansing Students Attending KCKCC Pioneer Center Classes Have Another Successful Week!
Lansing students taking classes through Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC), Tyson Root and Sean Muzzy, had a productive week in their respective programs.
Through the KCKCC HVAC Program, Tyson Root learned how to braze, which is a metal-joining process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint.
Sean Muzzy, enrolled in the KCKCC Culinary Arts Program, made one of the most popular Italian dishes, risotto in three flavors: Risotto Milanese, Risotto with Mushrooms, and Risotto Parmigiana.
Great job, Tyson and Sean!
