Lansing High School student enrolled in KCKCC Culinary Arts gives Hors d'oeuvres and Canapes presentation

Culinary student, Sean Muzzy, completed his Hors d'oeuvre and Canapes presentation this week. Sean is currently enrolled in Foods III through the KCKCC Culinary Arts program. Students in the Culinary Arts program master the fundamental skills of food service in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, catering, etc.
The students presenting prepared the following items: deep fried deviled eggs, caprese crostini, shrimp ceviche served in a wonton cup, dry apricot goat cheese canape with walnut sriracha honey, garlic parmesan stuffed mushrooms, avocado bacon canape, bacon wrapped water chestnuts, cheese and avocado canape with garlic, maple bacon scallops, wild mushroom wellington, egg and bacon canape, and smoked salmon bites.
