Third grade holds kick ball tournament for behavior reward party
Third graders at Lansing Elementary School have been earning reward points this quarter by showing respect; helping their classmates, teachers, and substitutes; and being an overall good citizen. Their good behavior was rewarded with a kickball tournament that began on Wednesday, March 11th. Mrs. Burgess, Delish, Meyers, and Trowbridge classes competed during the first day. The other classes consisting of Eilderts, Mills, Mulford, and Stevenson competed on Thursday, March 12. The championship game took place on the morning of Friday, March 13th, and Mrs. Meyers's class took first place.
Previous reward parties included a trip to Sonic for slushies and AMC Theatres to watch Frozen 2.
Great job, third graders and congratulations to Mrs. Meyers!
