Lansing Middle School students have artwork selected for book publication
Lansing Middle School has once again proven to be a school full of artistic talent! A total of fourteen Lansing Middle School student artists recently had their work selected for a book publication created by www.celebratingart.com. The company advocates for the arts and publishes a hardbound book three times a year that features student artwork chosen by judges from all over our nation. Students in grades kindergarten through twelve can enter.
"I am so very proud, as these students have worked hard and certainly excelled at their craft," said Ms. Bucher, Lansing Middle School Art Teacher. "This is truly an honor, something that can be listed on college entrance applications, scholarships, etc. -- an accomplishment that will follow them for a lifetime. Congratulations to these student artists!"
