Lansing High School Cheerleaders Visit Ronald McDonald House
The Lansing High School cheerleading squad went to The Ronald McDonald House over the summer and prepared snacks and meals for the families staying there. This is an annual tradition for the cheerleaders to volunteer their time at the Ronald McDonald House before school starts.
"The Lansing High School Cheerleaders look forward to volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House every summer before school starts," said Mrs. Stephanie Merritt, Lansing High School Cheerleading Coach. "We sign up to make snacks, cook meals, and clean along with donating grab and go snacks for families that don't have much time between doctor's visits."
During the school year the cheerleaders also volunteer at events around Lansing and Leavenworth.
Great job Lansing cheerleaders - way to represent your community and give back to those in need!
