Randy Brown teaches students the concepts of Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, and Applied Studies (Math). He is the sponsor of the Math Club (but we don't talk about that!) and the Math Department chairman. He is the Boys' Soccer Coach (Fall sport). He is normally available before school to help students (unless there is a teacher meeting). After the fall soccer season, he is available after school too.

PRECALCULUS. Precalculus is a merit course. Some sections are available for College Credit. The course builds on the concepts learned in Algebra 2 and Geometry, adds in trigonometry concepts, and prepares students for their first year of Calculus.
Students are highly recommended to have a graphing calculator (TI-84 is recommended). Assignments can be viewed at the Precalculus page.
